Summer Festivals in Lake George

With all the things to do in Lake George, we doubt you need a reason to visit, but there are a few events each summer that are a big draw to the area. From wine and music festivals to motorcycle rallies and car shows, here are five Lake George summer events you won’t want to miss.

Americade Motor Cycle Rally

Held annually the first week of June, Americade is the world’s largest multi-brand motorcycle touring rally. The week-long event attracts more than 50,000 riders and passengers and features vendors and exhibits, fireworks and parades, charity rides, demos, contests and much more. Adirondack Wine & Food Festival

This two-day event is held every summer at the Charles R. Wood Festival Commons in Lake George. Festival-goers sample wines, craft beverages and artisan foods from more than 100 New York State vendors, and attend cooking and cocktail demonstrations in the culinary tent. Rock the Dock Music Festival

Lake George Art & Craft Festival

Adirondack Nationals Car Show

Classic cars, hot rods, trucks and more take center stage at the Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center in Lake George every September. Held annually on the weekend after Labor Day, this four-day festival features car cruises on Canada Street, automotive-related vendors, food, live music, raffles and more.
